At Klar Automation we don't consider you as our customer, but as a partner.

As your partner we first clarify your needs for the project.  Depending on the size of your project we create  a  requirement specification as part of the project clarification. An offer is then possible at a fixed price.

During realisation, we use an iterative, incremental process with feedback loops to achieve high quality. It is important for us to communicate with you, our partner, in an honest, fair and clear manner.

Furthermore, is the transfer of know-how is the corner stone of our business. This allows our partners to continue working independently after your project has finished. In addition we are happy to make our knowledge available for consulting and / or training.
